Times change. After nearly 20 of being in business in Flagstaff we closed our store in December, 2009. We remain a presence, however, as we continue to provide maintenance services to commercial establishments and a sales presence through our email list in the Flagstaff area. We have access to all of the aquarium products that we had at the store, and many more, at what we know are some of the most competitive prices around. Recently we have been told that our 5pm closing time makes it difficult for customers who are working. We agree - and are just trying to conserve our resourses. However, we are now establishing "Extended Summer Hours" to give you a little extra time. For the summer, or until further notice, we are open Tuesday - Thursday, 12Noon - 5:30pm, and Friday -Saturday, 12Noon - 5pm. We hope that helps.

Well, we're still here!

Back in August we told you that we were closing our doors and that was our intention at that time. Since then the landscape has changed. One of the big 3national stores in town suddenly closed and that left a serious hole in the local market. At the same time, we have been given more flexibility with which to work at this location. So here we are, still the only full-line, fish-only, store in Flagstaff.

On a personal note, I have said to many of you that I need to simplify and I think that can be done while still providing you with the service, experience, and products that you want. If the response is satisfactory, this can work for the immediate future.

Now, what can you expect to find? To start with we look newer and cleaner. Our drygood section is well stocked and we have a full line of fish and reptile supplies. All-Glass/Aqueon and Oceanic Aquariums are available in all sizes; those not in stock can usually be ordered in by any Thursday. High-end and speciality products are all available from our suppliers and often are available within 1-2 days.

We have reduced our fish section, but will continue to carry both marine and freshwater specimens. We hope to begin restocking shortly after the beginning of the year and we are certain that we can offer a complete selection of the fish you want.

Finally we have changed our hours in an effort to make everything more managable. We are closed on Sunday and Monday and on and around major holidays. Daily hours are posted at the foot of every page. As we continue to go through these changes we are open to your suggestions as we continue to be your one stop for freshwater and marine fish and supplies.
